About Dr. Wei Ji
Dr. Wei Ji is currently working in the field of quantum precision measurement and fundamental physics. He received his PhD from the Department of Physics at Tsinghua University in 2019 and subsequently carried out postdoctoral research at the Helmholtz Institute Mainz in Germany. (physics.bit.edu.cn)
His research focuses on:
Dr. Ji has been actively involved in the development of advanced quantum sensing technologies and precision spin experiments, with research interests spanning both fundamental physics and quantum metrology. His work has contributed to improving experimental sensitivity in searches for physics beyond the Standard Model. Recent collaborative work includes precision measurements using ultra-sensitive comagnetometers for axion-mediated spin-dependent interactions. (MIT Technology Review)

About Prof. Ke Zhang
Prof. Ke Zhang received his PhD in 2019 from the China Academy of Engineering Physics. He subsequently conducted research at the Helmholtz Institute Mainz and the Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt (PTB, Germany). He was also a core member of the European nuclear clock project focusing on the Th-229 nuclear optical clock.
His research has long focused on:
with particular emphasis on laser–electron–nucleus coupling mechanisms.
Representative achievements include:
Prof. Zhang has published multiple papers as first/corresponding author (including co-authorship) in journals such as Physical Review Letters, and was awarded a fellowship from the Helmholtz Association in Germany.
